It is always fun to find a new place to eat that exceeds your expectations. The Noodles & Dumpling Co. is a food truck serves up an affordable authentic Chinese food. I stopped for something quick and was pleasantly surprised by the price and the food.

Taste the Fresh Ingredients for Lunch

On the menu the dumplings are listed as buns. These are as big as your hand and only cost $3.50 a piece. I had the pork and mushroom bun and a barbecue chicken bun. They were hot and each was like eating toasty stuffed sandwich.

Each came with a tangy red sauce that wasn’t too spicy. For just $7 it was filling and easy to eat on the go. I really enjoyed the breading as it soft with a hint of springyness. The meat inside was flavorful without taking over.

It was a yummy surprise and perfect for the time I had. Because the dumplings were so good I plan to go back and try the noodle bowls.

Perfect for Lunch with Friendly Fast Service

The women who run the food truck were friendly and helpful. Everything inside looked shiny, clean, and well ordered.

I found the Noodles & Dumpling Co. Truck by the dinosaur tracks museum in St. George. It looks like they are usually there from what google shows. There was a family that had just come from the museum who had loaded up on this tasty Asian food.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about this food. The menu is a little confusing, but the woman at the front was super helpful. Next time you have visitors in town take them see some dinosaur tracks and eat some dumplings.
