New Italian Restaurant Now Open In St. George And What To Expect
Positano Italian Kitchen and Wine Bar opened recently in St. George serving up authentic Italian dishes. Overall I enjoyed the food and experience when I visited on a hot weekend in Southern Utah.
Embracing Authentic Italian Flavors in St. George
Even though Positano was busy on the Friday when I went there, it only took 5 minutes to be seated. The restaurant has a clean pleasant feel and the staff was friendly and helpful. The menu has eight pasta dishes from Alfredo Fettuccine to Lemon Shrimp Ravioli.

These are reasonably priced starting at $16. However, if you add chicken or a side salad, it will cost more. It was an additional $6 to add the chicken. The food was good and served and arrived in a timely manner.
Diverse Pasta Menu: Quality at a Reasonable Price
I enjoyed my experience at Positano. I had the Alfredo Fettuccine and it was how I expected. The sauce tasted fresh and the chicken was seasoned to blend with the noodles and sauce.

Just be aware that if you order bread or a salad they will cost more kind of like getting an appetizer. It can add up pretty quick. However, there was plenty of food with just the dish and I ended up taking half of it home.
