Breakfast Only Place's Focus Is Good For Southern Utah

There are many great places to eat breakfast in Southern Utah. There are a few of them who focus only on the morning meal and specializing in breakfast can result in some tasty, perfectly balanced entrees.

First Watch serves breakfast, lunch, and brunch and are closed by 2:30. Because they make breakfast foods the star, you can find something you like, and it is well thought out and satisfying.

There are pancakes, waffles, omelets, and hash browns. If it's something you want for breakfast, you will find it at this place just off Sunset Blvd in St. George. Whether you have a group in town or you just want breakfast for two, this is a good place to eat.

Breakfast Food Seems Easy but Can Be More Complex

I recently had the Skillet Hash which includes eggs, potatoes along with bacon, onions, tomatoes and cheese. This is a lot of tastes to balance, and you can add in some avocado as well.

You could throw this all together and it is going to taste pretty good, but I could tell there was thought put into the dish. The bacon didn’t take over. It was thick and flavorful and a nice discovery rather than the main taste. This was true of the onion and other foods.

My wife had biscuits and gravy with eggs, and it was the same thing. The consistency of the biscuit with the gravy added to both. This is what you can find when a place focuses on one kind of food.

There are many great places to get breakfast, and I admit that I like all of them. Having said that, it is good to eat at a place that has obviously spent time perfecting what they do, like First Watch.
