There has been a flurry of new businesses in the last few years opening in Southern Utah and the pace doesn’t seem to be slacking. It makes it harder to keep up on all the new places to try. This Asian food is a good addition to our local restaurant options.

Friendly, Reasonably Priced, and Delicious

I recently visited Little China Taste of Asia on Red Cliffs Drive by the movie theatres. This is where Costa Vida used to be before they moved down the street. Walking in it looks good and I was greeted by ceramic figures waving at me. The staff is just as friendly.

The prices are reasonable with a menu of all the dishes you would expect from a good Chinese Restaurant. It didn’t take long before the food was brought out. It was steaming hot and really good.

I had the Mongolian Beef, and the meat was cooked just right. It came with either white or fried rice. The portions weren’t huge, but I was full. For dinner, the soup and wonton were extra, but the friends I was with said those came included with the lunch.

Good Luck Keeping Up with All the Growth

Utah’s economy keeps humming along. There still seems to be plenty of houses being built and new businesses going up everywhere you turn. It is a good sign for the beehive state and for all of us living here.
