Utah Wins Again With Nation’s Best Campground Award
Utah is the best in so many competitions. I mean I don't want to get cocky, but our beautiful state brought home yet another prize.
Once again, Utah reigns supreme! The Zion Wright Family Ranch has snagged the top spot on Hipcamp's list of must-visit camping destinations. We're not just winning; we're owning the camping scene.
Hipcamp probably could have just pointed to Southern Utah and selected a campground and got it right, but they were pretty careful as they considered finding and reserving tent sites, RV spots, and glamping accommodations. They graded 500,000-plus campgrounds looking at review bookings, guest reviews, and ratings to determine the best of the best. We, I mean Zion Wright Family Ranch took the prize without even trying.
Forget about second place – sorry, Oregon's Cedar Bloom, but you're just not in the same league. Nestled in southern Oregon with its 100 acres right off the Redwood Highway, sure, it's got RV sites, A-frame cabins, and even quirky spots like a "gnome dome." But come on, we all know Utah's breathtaking landscapes and unmatched camping experiences are the real stars here.
And as for the third spot, California’s Finnon Lake Recreation Area? With its tent and RV sites around a private lake, water activities galore, and an 18-hole disc golf course, it’s cute. But let's face it, nothing beats camping under the expansive Utah sky at the Zion Wright Family Ranch.
So here's to yet another win for the great state of Utah. We don't just camp; we set the standard. Better luck next time, Oregon and California – you're always welcome to visit and see how it's really done!
