“Disgusting!” See Utah Neighbor That Has The Dirtiest Restrooms

Driving in the U.S. can be traumatic when you have to make a pit stop and the restroom is questionable. We probably all have horror stories from our childhood of offensive writing on the wall and toilets that looked like a smelly tornado passed through. 

What State has the Worst Public Restrooms? 

A poll was taken that asked people to rate their state according to the quality of the restroom experience. The numbers were totaled and a score from rating between 1 and 10 was assigned. Utah did quite well while one of our neighbors did not.

Utah was one of the highest in the nation at 7.8 out of 10. Only Maine and Vermont topped the beehive state with 8 out of 10. Pretty impressive company. It makes you proud to live in a place with such lofty looking loos.

However, if you do sniff something suspicious, it is probably wafting across the border from Wyoming. Our cowboy neighbors led the nation for the worst bathrooms in the nation with a ranking of 3.5 out of 10. Not the distinction you are looking for. 

It Would Be Even Worse for Wyoming Without This Place 

Ironically, the best place I have ever stopped while traveling on a freeway was actually in Wyoming. The Little America Hotel near Green River off I-80 is by far the best ever. Even if you don’t have to stop, you should, just to admire what they have to offer. 

The stalls are completely enclosed from floor to ceiling. It is like you are in your own mostly soundproof private oasis. They are clean and smell like a fresh Wyoming wind. These restrooms are lifting the rest of the state.
