Serving Pasta’s to Paninis and Warm Breakfast Served All Day
Tony’s Bistro is on South Main in Cedar City, it is a fairly new place. It has an unassuming store front that opens to a bright interior with comfortable seating. The menu is extensive with a breakfast menu, sandwiches, pastas and healthy salad and loaded toast options.
I had bratwurst on mashed potatoes and Dr. T had the same with side of chili which he was quite happy with. My meal was good. It had that comfort food feel as it was warm and yummy. The mashed potatoes were okay, but the bratwurst was perfect.
The price was reasonable, around $7 to $10 generally. I liked the atmosphere, and the service was friendly and didn’t take too long. I also liked the extensive menu that includes shakes and smoothies along with a kids’ menu.

It is dedicated to Tony Ellsworth who the place is named after, and he is pictured on the sign. This is from their site:
Tony's Bistro is more than just a restaurant; it's a tribute to the life and legacy of Tony Ellsworth. We are proud to serve many dishes and uphold high standards for quality and authenticity.
Maybe this is where the comfort in the food and atmosphere comes from.
