You want to take friends and family who are visiting to a restaurant that is unique to where you live. There are weekends in Southern Utah when everyone is doing the same thing and getting a table is a forever wait.

Try This Restaurant Off the Beaten Path Serving Tasty Food

Tiki Island Broiler is tucked away in the Bloomington Courtyard. This place serves up some yummy tempura vegetables and all kinds of meat and seafood. The daily lunch specials make it easy to try out, and the kids will like the giant shark on the floor.

I'm a big fan of the Tempura Shrimp Oscar. If you like seafood this thing is like a seafood dessert. It has shrimp, crab and steak on the bottom with an awesome sauce. The portions aren't huge but they aren't too pricy either.

This is one of my favorite places that doesn’t get jammed on big weekends. I love the sauces and the way you can make your own dish. It is a quick service restaurant where you order at the counter, and they bring it to you.

Loud and Cranky Toddlers Won’t Embarrass You

One of the benefits of Tiki Island Broiler’s location is the design of the Bloomington Courtyard. The back of the restaurant opens up into an area with sidewalks and plants that is surrounded by other businesses.

If you take your visiting family members and you don’t want to create a scene with a bunch of wild little ones, you can take your food outside and eat in the courtyard. It is the perfect place where they can be loud, and you don’t have to worry about them running off.
