Construction Underway For Ruth’s Chris And Rodizio Grill In St. George

Two big restaurants are coming to St. George that will make an impact on the local food scene. Ruth's Chris Steak House and Rodizio Grill the Brazilian Steakhouse have started moving dirt for new locations just off Bluff St.

Exciting New Additions to St. George’s Dining Scene

Macrae Heppler made the announcement in his latest video series that keeps track of businesses coming to Southern Utah. These restaurants will be on the ridge above the Maverick on Bluff St. This is on the new road that goes up to Tech Ridge.

Ruth's Chris Steak House has locations across the nation but this will be just the third in Utah with restaurants in Park City and Salt Lake. They offer premium steaks and seafood in an upscale atmosphere.

A Thriving Culinary Landscape in Southern Utah

The other restaurant is a Utah favorite, Rodizio Grill is the place where servers called "Gauchos" roam the restaurant with rotisserie grilled meat that slice on to your plate in a all-you-can-eat setting.

It started in Colorado and now has locations all over the U.S. This will also be the third location in Utah along with restaurants in Provo and Salt Lake. There is a lot of excitement for this new location in St. George.

These two higher end restaurants coming to Southern Utah will add to the excellent options already available. The dirt work has just begun and can take anywhere from 6 months to a year to get finished.
