The Best Place to Work According to Employees Has Three Utah Locations
How do you know if an establishment would be a good place to work? A good indication is if current employees would recommend it to a friend. Analyzing the data, this burger place has taken the top spot for the last ten years.
In-N-Out Is a Happy Place to Work
91% of employees at this California-based chain would tell a friend to join the workforce if asked. In-N-Out is doing a lot of things right with cars lined up day and night to get a double double, but their employee rating is even more impressive.

After looking at over half a million reviews, a company named William Blair listed the restaurants with the highest employee satisfaction. In-N-Out does it with great benefits, high wages, and opportunities to advance.

Other Restaurant Chains That Got High Marks from Employees
