Buying and selling a home or property in Utah has usually meant finding a good real estate agent who can make the process smooth with the best deal available. What if you had an agent who provides information at a moment's notice and also never sleeps?

A company out of Israel has created a virtual real estate agent using AI that can guide prospective buyers through available properties, and it is making a huge impact. This computer-generated assistant has resulted in millions of dollars in sales.

One of the developments that uses it is in Portugal. They have hundreds of available properties that no human could navigate easily, but the AI agent can. It easily provides information and even gives virtual tours of any of the properties offered.

When it helps the buyer narrow down what they are looking for, it hands off the prospective buyer to an agent who can finish the process. The company says these leads have generated $100 million dollars of business.

How Soon Until Local Companies Explore AI Agents?

It seems the large real estate companies could use this new technology. With AI getting more intuitive and responding almost better than real people with the ability to sift through massive amounts of data easily, this could be a game changer.

How would you feel looking for a home using AI? What if the process all happened by computer including signing the documents and taking ownership? I think you would always need human oversight, but it is intriguing and kind of scary.

What if both the buyer and seller had an AI agent? The whole deal could be wrapped up by computers talking to each other and then emailing you a document to sign.

This concept could be used to purchase more than just real estate. I don’t know about you, but sometimes I wish things could just slow down for a minute so I can catch my breath.
