New Hospital and Water Parks in Hurricane Show Southern Utah is Thriving
Southern Utah continues to grow with new businesses popping up at an impressive pace. Macrae Heppler produces videos that keep up to date on what is going on in different parts of the county. His recent release on Hurricane was especially eye opening.
Business in Hurricane Includes a New Hospital, Water Park and Corn Maze
Zion Regional Medical Center will have a hospital with 24 beds and three operating rooms. It will eventually be expanded to become a 36-acre campus. It is probably a good thing to have a hospital nearby with all the recreation places opening up around it.
Southern Utah went forever without a water park and now it has two. Jellystone Park opened this year and now there is the new Pecan Valley Resort with pools, surfing, and waterslides. Suddenly we have options for water fun.
Heppler mentioned several other features including a corn maze that is currently growing the stalks. Cherry Hill Farms will open it up this October. This whole area is becoming a hub for recreation in Southern Utah.
Growing Business Points to a Strong Economy
Utah continues to get positive news for the way the state is run and its economic outlook. U.S. News & World Report ranks Utah high for its best states and the Southern corner continues to prove this true.
