We have been hearing about the price of homes being an issue in Nevada, but what if you suffer from the opposite problem and want to purchase something dazzling at almost half the price? The Catch:
There is one catch, which might have helped in driving the price down from 2.4 million to $1,696,000. The catch is a $40,000 fish tank on the main floor. This huge fish tank could be the selling point for the right homeowner, but if you aren't into aquariums this might not be your place.
