Celebrate on Us

We are giving away a birthday party at Cedar Fun Center with all the fun they offer. We are talking about a private party room, and a party you can customize. They offer pizza and drinks, laser tag, miniature golf, arcade and movie tickets.

We will be asking questions on the Star 98 Facebook page about birthday parties. Your answer gets you in the drawing for a $20 gift card to Cedar Fun Center for that week’s question. You will also be entered for the $300 gift card grand prize.

At What Age Do You Still Eat the Cake if They Spray it While Blowing Out the Candles?

This is the question you may respond to on Facebook. Then listen to the morning show on Star 98 where John and Dave will talk about the best responses. Maybe you just scrape off the top layer of frosting? We want to know.

We will also update this article on the latest winner and the best answers for the week so check back here. You can also find out what question is being asked that week.

We are grateful to Cedar Fun Center for making this whole thing possible. They have become a fixture of fun for Iron County kids and adults. If you haven’t been to Cedar Fun Center you need to. They are at 170 E Fiddlers Canyon Rd.

This is a great place to take kids for a special day. You might also enjoy going there for date night or if you want to meet with your friends where the kids can burn off some energy while you catch up. Cedar Fun Center is the place.

LOOK: See how much gasoline cost the year you started driving

To find out more about how has the price of gas changed throughout the years, Stacker ran the numbers on the cost of a gallon of gasoline for each of the last 84 years. Using data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics (released in April 2020), we analyzed the average price for a gallon of unleaded regular gasoline from 1976 to 2020 along with the Consumer Price Index (CPI) for unleaded regular gasoline from 1937 to 1976, including the absolute and inflation-adjusted prices for each year.

Read on to explore the cost of gas over time and rediscover just how much a gallon was when you first started driving.
