February Fun in Utah

Time to get your entertainment calendar updated for February so you'll have some good choices ready to go when your family says, "There's nothing to do".  If they are hard to impress, you'll want to make the drive up to Salt Lake City to see the All Star Monster Truck show at the Maverik Center February 11th at 1:00 PM.

If you've never been there, I highly recommend the Torchlight Parade & Fireworks show at Solitude Mountain Resort.  Bring your camera but be sure to put it away and just take it all in.  That's February 18th from 3:00 - 7:30. Bryce Canyon's Winter Festival is February 18th - 20th and that's great too.

If you are looking forward to Spring, write in Utah Boat Show in the February 9th box.  It's at the Mountain American Expo Center in Sandy UT.  The Utah Sportsmen, Vacation and Outdoor Festival is at Mountain American February 16-19.

For the off-road crowd, the Salt Lake Off Road & Outdoor Expo is at Mountain American Expo Center February 26th.  Then if you want to watch instead of participate, hit the NBA All Star Saturday Night Live event at Vivint Arena Feb 18th.

We've had a lot of hot air balloon events recently and this is one of the best.  The Balloons & Tunes Roundup at Coral Cliff Golf Course February 17 at 7:30.

The St George Guns & Knife show hits the Dixie Convention Center February 18-19 and the Parade of Homes is back February 17-26th.

Mountain bike fans will go nuts at Red Rock Rampage.  Just put this in your GPS 2050 West Canyon View Drive in St George.  Did I forget to mention the One Team Scavenger Hunt?  It's on for February 4th in Pioneer Park.

Road Rage Dualthon is a cool running/biking event February 25th that starts from Bloomington Park at 9:00 AM.  While you are feeling fit, maybe you want to take on the Dam2Dam 10 Miler in Hurricane.
