We have all seen how the world of entertainment has changed over the last decade. There are a whole lot more options to stream shows and movies. For those who haven’t kept up with all the changes, trying to navigate the digital world can be daunting and costly.
It is tempting to stay with what we know and for many of the older generation, this can mean they are paying way too much for how they used to get entertainment through cable and satellite. A quick review of what they may be paying for could be enlightening.
Multiple Streaming Options that Duplicate Service
Many older folks feel comfortable with their cable or satellite provider as they know how to navigate the channels. On top of this they have added streaming options like Netflix and Prime. Any one of these may be providing all they need for their viewing habits.
There are also many plans available. Some are cheaper with ads that might work if you don't use it that much. A quick check with your parents on what they watch and where can give you an idea if a better plan would work for them.
