These Four Businesses are Buzzing 

There have been some big announcements of stores coming to Southern Utah. It is always fun to see new places crop up and even better when it is something you have enjoyed elsewhere. Here are four businesses coming 2025 that are causing excitement. 

WinCo  

This grocery store will save people money and those who know are happy to see it coming to Washington City. It will be near the new exit 12/Main St. in Washington on the north side. It is unique as it is employee owned and is part of the reason prices are so low. 

Hobby Lobby 

This huge arts and crafts store is all over the country and the announcement of one opening in Southern Utah has been a big deal. You’ll find it soon on Bluff St.at St. George place, that is the shopping center where K-Mart used to be.  

REI 

This outdoor retailer is expanding and building in St. George place where Hobby Lobby is going in. Southern Utah has all kinds of outdoor opportunities and REI will fit well in the community. For the active person, this is a good addition. 

Liberty Village 

This historical attraction will immerse visitors in American History. It will have six sections where visitors can learn about the nation’s founding. They will recreate places like Monticello, Jamestown and much more. It is inspiring to see all that they have planned.

2025 should be an interesting year for Southern Utah with many new projects and businesses headed our way.
