The Best Baseball Player in the World is Coming to Play in Utah
The Bees are Picking up a Hall of Famer
Three-time Major League Baseball MVP Mike Trout is heading to Salt Lake. ESPN describes him as the 2nd best player of the 2000’s with only Albert Pujols ahead of him. I would argue Trout is the best.
This is the second time Mike Trout has suited up for the Bees, the farm team for the Angels. He made a stop on his way up to the majors. Recently he had surgery for a torn meniscus, and after rehabbing, Trout is getting back into game shape with a stint in Utah.
Get Your Tickets Now Because They Are Going Fast
The Bees ticket office has reported a spike in demand for tickets to Bees home games since it was revealed Trout was joining the team. They recommend you go online and buy your tickets as soon as they are available.
This is a great opportunity to see a future Hall of Famer knock some baseballs on to Salt Lake City streets. Bring a jersey or a ball to sign. With a smaller stadium, your chances for meeting Mike Trout are better.

If I were able to talk to him and get a signature, I would act like he is going to be a Bee forever. “I can’t wait to see what you do for us in October. Have you bought a house yet?”
It would be awkward, but fun to see if he went along with it or if he would, in a nice way, put a pin in my balloon of expectations.
