Super Tall Hairy People Dressed in Festive Red

We all know that not everyone celebrates Christmas. There are other special days like Hanukkah and Kwanza. There is another day that is growing in popularity. You may not be aware of Life Day, and frankly, it probably says good things about you that you aren’t.

Here’s how you can know if you are seeing someone celebrating Life Day. They will usually be wearing red and carrying a shiny orb. They also may be close to 7 feet tall and have a tendency to rip other’s arms off.

A Star Wars Movie Even Worse Than the Ones with Kylo Ren

This comes from the Star Wars Universe. Life Day was celebrated by Wookies on the planet of Kashyyyk. There was a Star Wars Holiday Special made for television back in 1978 that followed Han and Chewbacca as they tried to get Chewie home for this celebration.

It was horrendously bad, which means, it has become a favorite of super fans of Star Wars. Now there are Life Day celebrations at Disney theme parks. You can witness this taking place on the following video.

If you see someone walking around with the Life Day look, I recommend you cross to the other side of the street. It is also fun to give them the Spock sign from Star Trek with your fingers parted and say “Nanu Nanu”. This will earn you plenty of head shakes and eye rolls.
