Introducing Tantalizing Filipino Cuisine To Southern Utah Food Scene
I always enjoy seeing new food choices coming to Southern Utah and this Filipino American Cuisine food truck in Washington offers dishes I have never tried before. It is in Washington on Telegraph in the lot with other food trucks.
Food Truck Brings Filipino Food to St. George Area
I ordered barbecue skewers. I selected the chicken though you can get pork as well. They were good with a sweet sauce on them. I enjoyed the noodles that were thin and perfectly cooked.
The sauce that came with rice and noodles was good. It tasted like a rich beef broth, and I poured it on the rice. I really like trying new sauces, and it was one of my favorite parts of the meal.
My wife got Adobe chicken. It was spicy and tasted somewhat like you find in the Caribbean. She liked it but it was a little salty for her taste.
Experiencing a Different County’s Cuisine
This is a good addition to the food scene in Southern Utah. Dishes are around $10 to $12 and come with noodles and rice.

I want to return and try the Filipino Burger and the Longganisa sausages. There are also several side dishes like egg rolls and spring rolls along with something called pancit. It is nice to try something different and Filipino food fits the bill.
