Don’t Get KEYED Utah! New Tech PROTECTS Against Scratchers
All over the news and social media feeds are videos of Tesla’s getting keyed. Angst against Elon Musk and his work at pairing down government has resulted in angry citizens keying the electric cars made by his company.
Should Tesla Owner Consider This Clear Film Solution?
Dragging a key across the side of a car and scratching the paint job seems to be the new way to express your political anger. Even in Utah there have been reports of Tesla’s getting keyed. I even saw a video online where someone scratched a Rivian. That’s a special level of stupid.
There are some products that make a protective film that can be adhered to the vehicle and protect the paint. If a scratch does occur, even if it wasn’t done intentionally, the film can be peeled off taking the scratch with it.
Other products make the crapes disappear with heat. This video shows how a heat gun or hair dryer smooths out the film.
