There is a fairly cheap and definitely easy way to cool down while you sleep during the hot Southern Utah summers.

The dragon is rising. That is how I feel every summer as the sun rises earlier and soars overhead, scorching our already parched landscape as it crosses the Southern Utah sky.

You may be tempted to move to Alaska, dig a pool in your master bedroom, or vacation every week until the heat is over. However, there are some simple things you can do to survive.
