Collectors Will Pay Big Money For This Lunchbox If You Have One Sitting in Your Utah Attic
We should have known those old metal lunchboxes we used to carry to school would one day be worth a lot of money. Surprisingly, one of the most coveted vintage lunchboxes is from a cartoon that showed us what the future would look like.
1960’s Cartoon About the Future Got Many Things Correct
The Jetsons was a show about at time to come that had flat screen TV’s, smart watches, robot vacuums, and even dog treadmills, pretty spot on. It would have been nice if they had shown us how much their lunchbox would one day be worth.

If you have the sweet 1963 Jetson’s version that wasn’t square but shaped like a barn. The old lunch pail version, that thing is worth $2,600 to collectors. But that isn’t the most valuable lunchbox. What do you think wins between Star Wars and the Beatles?
Collectors Value Music Over Movie Magic
If you guessed the Fab Four, you were correct. A 1965 lunchbox featuring John, Paul, George, and Ringo can get you $2,700. While a 1977 Star Wars lunch box showing Obi Wan and Luke surrounded by Storm Troopers gets you a paltry $1,123.99.
You can see what lunchbox collectors are looking for and what each box has gone for down below. When you are clearing out everything collected by your parents over the years, keep an eye out for any of these vintage lunch containers from your childhood.
