Utah is excited about being fit and is a very busy state, so short workouts you seed throughout the day seem ideal to reach Utah's fitness goals.

When was the last time you were able to dedicate an hour at the gym? In our busy Utah life speeds with family, church, work and all the other good uses of our time, it is hard to take care of yourself. However, you know if you don't eventually you are going to break down and not maintain that busy life pace anymore.

A good answer could be Karen Brown's mini workouts.

Brown has worked as a fitness therapist for years. She says she is 67 and in the best shape of her life and it is all due to mini workouts that you can fit into your day five minutes at a time at different parts of your day.

She has step by step guides to accomplishing the exercise, for instance you can do one in your kitchen. You stand at the counter and start doing a series of steps to strengthen your core and your legs.

I like these because they are simple enough to do quickly and she makes it fun. A lot of her exercises incorporate some dance style moves. Who wouldn't want to put a little dance into their day beyond what we do when talking to the boss about why a project is late?

I included a few options from Karen for you to look at and if you like more of course she has plenty to choose from.

LSU Coach Kim Mulkey's Outfits

LSU's National Champion and Hall of Fame Women's Basketball Coach Kim Mulkey has some of the best style in the game. Here are some (not all) of the highlights. We even dug back for some "greatest hits" she had before she got to Baton Rouge.
