Really? This Is The Most Romantic Place In Utah

Is this the locations for romance? Should you take your most important person in your life and travel to this location in Utah to win their heart?

Travel and Leisure looked at romantic locations in every state. Niagara Falls in New York, and the Split Rock Lighthouse in Minnesota are on the list.  

Of all the places in the state of Utah, what place would you look for in Utah? They chose Delicate Arch inside Arches National Park.

Kind of surprising, but there might be something to it. Here’s their explanation. 

Love is powerful, but it can sometimes be delicate — and you can marvel at a similarly fragile treasure at Arches National Park.   

I like this explanation. The arch is iconic for Utah and feels special when you visit. If you add a good sunset and a cozy blanket, it could be something special. On the other hand, hard rocks, possible insects, and blowing sand could make it less so.

Does this arch beat other possible places in Utah? On a list of best places in Utah to propose they included Lake Powell, Alta Ski Resort and the International Peace Gardens in Salt Lake. Also on the list were all the National Parks and Snow Canyon State Park. 

I would recommend any high mountain in Utah that gives you a view of the city lights. Just make sure you don’t get a flat tire pulling off the road. Now you know how the big romantic moment in my life turned out.
