What To Expect From 2 New Restaurants In Southern Utah

I am always looking for my next bite to eat which is why I am super excited to see two new food places coming to St. George.

There has been a myriad of new food places in the last year, and residents can look forward to more additions soon. Most recently, Galbi Grill opened up in the parking lot of Red Cliffs Mall offering Korean BBQ and hot pot options. This would be the first of its kind in Southern Utah!

However, there is more still to come, and though exact dates haven’t been set, you can be sure they will be good.

Jade’s Cafe

Off Sunset Blvd in the CP Plaza, Jade’s Cafe is making its way to Southern Utah. This is a Utah original with its first location being in Heber. A very down-to-earth vibe with breakfast and lunch options. The sandwiches are supposed to be really, really good.

This new Utah food stop opened in 2023 up north and is now expanding. The details are limited for now but keep an eye out.

Roni’s Mac Bar

This place went viral not too long ago for its unique mac n’ cheese building options. You get some mac n’ cheese and make it your own. From the cheese to the meat and other toppings, you can choose it all.

Utah opened its first Roni’s Mac Bar in Provo recently and now Southern Utah can expect a location at some point. This will be in Red Cliffs Mall, which has been expanding their food options!
