This coming Friday John & Dave will give away $100 cash on Star 98 thanks to the good folks at Grass Creek Construction. We will be playing a game where we swap certain words from a well known quotes.
Replacing Words in a Famous Quote for Silly Results
During the morning show on Friday, starting at just after 7 AM, John & Dave will be asking for nouns, verbs and adjectives. Each caller who supplies a word or two will be entered into the drawing for the cash.
There's something special about hearing a famous quote that has unexpected stupid words that give it a new meaning. Normally John & Dave do this through incompetence, but this time it will be intentional.

Caller: Hi, I would like to play.
John: Okay, I need a noun.
Caller: nose
John: Now a verb with an ing ending...
Caller: barfing.
Dave: Okay, you are now entered for the $100 and we will reenact the quote using your words. This is from Princess Bride. I will play the Buttercup and John will be the Man in Black...
You mock my nose.
John: Life is nose, Highness. Anyone who says differently is barfing something.
