Smaller Communities Out of Urban Areas with Good Amenities

Number 1 on the list is Benson. This is a rural area on the west side of Logan. It gets high marks for schools, housing and good for families. There are a lot of parks and people generally own their homes.

Number 2 is Orangeville. This one will require a longer commute if you work in the Wasatch Front as it is near Castle Dale in the center of Utah. It won't cost as much to build or buy a home and the schools are good.
