Professional Sports In Southern Utah? Road Trip
NFL Just Down the Road

"I have a proposal", I heard from across the room. I then heard my nephew make a case for a trip down to see a raiders pre-season game. The only concern his wife had was about accommodations. "That's the best part," he explained. "We can drive down hit the game and be home in time for bed." She nodded and his son and him shared a fist bump.

Magic of Southern Utah
That’s the magic of living in the Southwest: pro sports are just a few hours away, and the desert sunsets make even the traffic jams feel poetic and if you time it right, you can be back home before your neighbor even notices you borrowed his cooler.
It's All in the Wrist, or Attitude
There are a lot of people like my nephew who dare to believe while the rest of us are shaking our heads and saying I would go if only...fill in your favorite excuse here. So maybe we should shake off our fears, excuses or even ignorance and pick up a ticket. Bottom line: don’t overthink it. Grab a ticket, grab a buddy, and go. You might come back with a foam finger, and a story worth telling. And if nothing else, you’ll finally have an answer when someone asks, “Have you ever been to an NFL game?”
