Post Malone Traveling Through St. George Airport

A video posted online shows a scene that is pretty common in Utah’s airports. A family is gathered to welcome home a missionary who has been serving for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. This was the scene in the St. George airport that was recorded on video.

It is also the moment when Utah resident Post Malone was also in the airport. The missionary returning home was Micah Hyde and when he sees Post standing near the security check, he asks if he can give him a book. Post smiles and comes over and shakes his hand accepting the book.

Post Malone is Super Gracious

This is probably not the first time the singer has received a Book of Mormon and he is pretty easy going about the whole thing. “Thank you, so much. You’re good at it,” says Post laughing. He smiles and waves to the family gathered in the lounge before leaving.

I have always liked Post Malone, but this candid moment caught on camera makes me even more of a fan. I could understand if he acted a little put out or if he just ignored those around him. It is his personal time, but he didn’t.

I think it says a lot about him that he’s having fun wherever he goes. He is genuine and comfortable with his surroundings. I think I can learn from his example and just relax more and enjoy the ride.
