Celebrate 20 Years of Laughs and Improv in Cedar City
From The Grind Coffee Shop to a local hotel and their own space, Off The Cuff Comedy Improv has been making Cedar City laugh for two decades.
Off The Cuff Comedy is currently made up of TJ and Wendy Penrod, Bald Nate MacLee, and Rev McLean. TJ is the education director of OTC and is part of both the international touring group Pawn Takes Queen and Tapestry. Wendy is one of OTC Comedy’s instructors and is also a member of Pawn Takes Queen and co-founded the Red Rocks Improv Festival and Ye Olde Impro Competition. Bald Nate MacLee is the front-of-house manager and has been doing improv for over 20 years, and Rev McLean is the marketing manager for OTC and an instructor and performer.
To celebrate, they’re having a birthday party on January 26th and 27th. Previous players will be coming back to share stories and to take part in the improv fun. Doors open at 8 pm and admission is $10.00 each day.
Off The Cuff Comedy is located at 913 South Main Street, and you can find out more about them and their birthday at the OTC website here.
