Hilarious Comments About Utah Cat Being Shipped to California
Funny comments abound in response to a Utah cat that got accidentally mailed to California.
Here are the facts of the case. Matt and Carrie Clark have a now famous cat named Galena who is pictured above. Galena loves to play in boxes around the house. In seemingly unrelated news Matt purchased steel toe boots from a "Try Before You Buy" deal where the company shipped him several options, he chose the pair of boots he liked and sent the others back. Sometime between replacing the boots he didn't want to keep and taping it up, Galena jumped into the box.
These two paragraphs just got related.
As Galena made her way to the Amazon return package warehouse in Los Angeles California Matt and Carrie started looking for their cat. They got more worried as the time wore on and eventually started calling around to see if anyone had seen Galena. Eventually they went all hands on deck like you would in the movies; hanging posters, asking neighbors if they had seen her, and chasing down strays that look like Galena etcetera. Thankfully Galena had a microchip and so workers at Amazon were able to take her to a vet where Galena's far away address was identified and Matt and Carrie were called.
Matt and Carrie boarded the next flight they could and were soon reunited with a travel weary, but still curious cat. So there is the story which is delightful in itself, but the funny comments exploded on social media. Here are some honorable mentions:
