Alaska and Maine are the states where moose are on the loose. Utah has a modest population of 2,500.
Here is an animal that makes Utah its home. There are 314k of these deer running all over Utah mountains. Still, the beehive state is fourth behind California, Colorado and Wyoming.
Right now, Utah has the big goose egg when it comes to grizzlies, but this could change soon. There is a grizzly that has been seen wandering near the border of Utah and Idaho. Alaska rules this category with 30k
These are fairly rare in Utah except for on Antelope Island. Head to the Midwest to find the land where the buffalo roam.
