An Extraordinary Full Size Barbie Land In Utah
The Barbie movie made its mark on Halloween this year. If you haven't heard a request for a Barbie costume...Just wait. Surely one of your children, nieces, aunts, or grandmothers will be asking for one. But did you know you could go to an actual Barbie land here in Utah? Barbieland is life-size and full of pink passion in Daybreak, Utah.
It's a drive because Daybreak is in Salt Lake County, but a fun road trip in the glam pink convertible is more of an adventure than a drive right?
Lifesize Barbieland has a Barbie Dreamhouse because it just wouldn't be Barbieland without the Dreamhouse. You can go in it and explore Barbie’s signature pink closet and dressing area. "You can never have too many clothes." They have made a pool party Barbie with some traditional Barbie fare and a Barbie skeleton enjoying the pink slide into the pool.
Feel like dancing? Stop by the Disco Barbie house that features a dance floor and a DJ turntable. What's more you don't even have to dance on your tippy toes.
They didn't forget Ken. You can visit Ken’s Mojo Dojo Casa House. Check out Ken's motorcycles and horses to complete the macho man's flex.
Daybreak has not forgotten about Halloween in their quest to capture the pink landscape of Barbie.
There is a Weird Barbie house and a Haunted Barbie house which might include empty closets to give her nightmares. They also built a Barbie Graveyard, including a tombstone that reads “R.I.P. The Patriarchy.”
Why did Daybreak build Barbieland? Because of the Barbie motto, “Anything is possible as long as I try.” Also, Daybreak has long been big Halloween theme supporters. In past years they have done Haunted Mansion theme as well as Stranger Things. They are big supporters of Utah Food Bank and of course Halloween fun.
